Lear Siegler Services, Inc., is the prime contractor for a contract with the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) for the Rapid Response to Critical System Requirements (R2CSR).

What is R2CSR?
R2CSR provides a flexible contractual vehicle for specific engineering, training, studies and analysis, technology insertion, systems integration, installation, logistics capabilities, and other services. The contract scope of work includes programs that support aircraft, tracked and wheeled vehicles, ground support equipment, shelters and the warfighter.

Who can use it?

The R2CSR contract is available to all Department of Defense organizations, as well as any other federal agency.

Why use LSI?
R2CSR provides the means for the timely delivery of parts, subassemblies and assemblies that are difficult to procure due to outdated technologies, lack of engineering data and/or limited quantities to be acquired. The contract provides direct support for design, integration, testing, modifications, maintenance, configuration management, quality assurance, system safety, hazardous material management, technical and engineering data management, support and analysis, packing, handling, storage, marking and transportation of said parts, subassemblies and assemblies. In addition it provides for contractor logistics support, acquisition support, training, studies and analysis to support rapid response efforts.
